Crafty Sentiment Designs New Challenge

Hello friends,  we have a new challenge over at Crafty Sentiments Designs.  This week it's anything goes.  This week I created a card using Love Basket. This is an A2 sized card and I wanted to keep it clean and simple.

I colored the image using copics and added a stitched circle layer behind it.  I used a hearts embossing folder from Cricut to create the embossed layer.  I finished the card off by adding the sentiment from a hero arts stamp set.

Copic Colors used:
Red: R39, 37, 35
Pink: R89, 85, 83
Brown: E57, 55, 53

The Papernest Dolls Ellie with Heart Flower

Hello friends, hope you are enjoying your weekend.  I am sharing a card I created using The Papernest Dolls Ellie with Heart Flower.  She is such a cutie and I enjoyed coloring her up.  I am working on several valentine projects so I am in the love mood.   I used the digital papers from Echo Park called hello sweetheart as my inspiration for creating this card.

I colored the image using copics and cut her out using a stitched circle die from my stash.   I had some die cuts laying on my desk from another project and decided to use them for this card.  I added the sentiment from a stamp set in my stash to finish this card off.

Stamp Anniething Carley the Cupid

Hello friends,  Happy Hump day!  This week is flying by so fast.  I am not complaining at all, I am ready for the weekend.  Today I want to share a couple of projects I completed using Stamp Anniething's Carley the Cupid.   I am apart of Stamp Anniething's monthly stamp club and as an added benefit this month we received this cute image and a SVG cutting files (linked here).  I have to say I am loving this cute digi image we received.  We also got a chance to watch a Facebook live color along with one of the design team members, Stephen.  Now that was pretty cool to watch!   As I was watching Stephen color,  I colored up four of these cuties and created some cards.  I want to share two of those cards with you today.

I cut out the cutting files and the tag shaped digi using my cricut explorer air 2 which made creating these cards super easy.  I created the background for the first card using the heart stencil from Craftin Desert Divas.  I wanted to add some additional details to the layers so I used the stitched rectangle dies from my creative time to add the stitching details.  With the second card, I added the doily embossed layer instead of hearts. Both images were colored using my copic markers.

Copic Colors used:
Skin: E18, 15, 13, 11
Hair: E49, 47, 43

Spectrum Noir sparkle glitter Pen

The Papernest Dolls Emma with heart balloons

Hello friends,  we made it to the weekend! It's been a long week for me but I am glad the weekend is here.   I don't about where you are but it is super cold here where I am trying to stay warm.  I am up on The Papernest Dolls blog today sharing this cute shaker card using Emma with heart balloons.  I am gearing up for some valentine's projects and this cute image was perfect for that.

I colored the image using copics and cut her out using the brother scan and cut 2. I used the all heart cover panel from reverse confetti to create the shaker panel.  I inlaid some of the hearts from the heart cover panel into the card for added dimension.  I used the stitched flag banner from craftin desert divas to attach to the front panel of the card.  I finished the card off by adding the love sentiment from my creative time.

Copic Colors used:
Skin: E13, 11, 00, 000
Hair: E18, 09, 08, 11
Dress and Shoes: R89, 85, 83, 81
Hearts: R59, 56, 46

I love the way this card turned out.  Don't forget to check out the shop for this and other cute stamps.  Thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend.
