Papernest Dolls Ellie with Stocking

Hello friends, we are only two days away from Christmas.  OMG, where did the year go???? I don't know about you but this year just flew by.  I guess that's what happens when you are having fun.  Today I wanted to share a card using The Papernest Dolls Ellie with Stocking.

I colored this cutie using my copics and cut her out using the brother scan and cut.  I created the shaker ornament using the new Honey Bee globe ornament and cut out a bow from red sparkle paper using a Cottage Cutz die.  The papers I used for this card are from the mad for plaid stack by Photo Play.  I added the sentiment to the bottom of the ornament to finish the card off.

Crafty Sentiments Designs Challenge

Hello friends, Happy Tuesday to you.  This week we have a new challenge over at Crafty Sentiments Designs.  Its all about Snowflakes and I decided to use this super cute image called Snowman's Hug for my project this week.  I am working on Christmas cards and the snowmen were perfect to create a card.

I cut the image out using a stitched rectangle die from my stash and used copics to color the snowmen.  The sentiment is from a stamp set in my stash and it was perfect for this card.  To finish the card off I added some snowflakes to the card.  I love the way this card turned out and I hope the recipient will love it as well.

Crafty Sentiments Designs Anything Goes challenge

Hello Friends, thanks for stopping by today.  We have a new challenge that started today at Crafty Sentiments Designs.  This week's theme is Anything Goes and I decided to create a project using this cutie called Oh let's shop.


I was going through my stash of dies and found the gift bag die from Kat Scrappiness. This was the perfect die to use on this card.  I used patterned paper from my stash and die cut the gift bag.  I colored the image using copics and cut her out using the brother scan and cut.  I used a tag punch from Martha Stewart to the add the handle of the card.  I finished the card off by adding the sentiment from Jaded Blossom gift card galore set. I love the way this card turned out!

PaperNest Dolls Carolers

Hello friends, Happy Saturday to you.  Hope you had a great week and are looking forward to the weekend.   I am sharing a cute Christmas project over at the Papernest Dolls blog today.  The holiday season has officially started so I am in high gear creating cute holiday projects to share with family and friends.  I decided to alter a gift bag using the super cute carolers.

I used a Christmas designer paper pad from DCWV called merry memories stack alter the gift bag.  i wanted to create a winter scene using the carolers.  I colored the carolers up using my copics and cut out the images using my brother scan and cut 2. I die cut out the icicle border from jaded blossom stamps out of white glitter card-stock and added it to the top of the bag.   I then die cut the lamp from La La Land Crafts and added it to the bag along with a bow.  I added the snow slope to the bottom of the bag to finish off the winter scene.  I love this bag and loved the way it turned out.

Papernest Dolls Avery with Hot Cocoa

Hello friends, it's Saturday and we made it to the weekend.  I am over on The Papernest Dolls blog sharing this cute tag I created using Avery with Hot Cocoa.  Isn't she just adorable?  I am in love with the new release for this month! I am gearing up for the holidays and decided to I needed to use this cutie to jump start my holiday gift giving.

I colored the image using copics and cut her out using a tag die set from Jaded Blossom. I added some embossed snowflakes to the background of the tag.   I stamped the "just for you" sentiment on a snowflake tag from Lawn Fawn and attached to the tag.  I added the tag to this cute Santa mug which included some hot cocoa, marshmallows, a candy cane, and some ghirardelli chocolates.

Crafty Sentiments Designs Winter

Hello friends, thanks for stopping by today.  We have a new challenge over at Crafty Sentiments Designs and this week theme is Winter.  The image I chose for this theme is Jasmine with Skates.

I started out by embossing the background using a snowflake embossing folder.  I then used a tree die and a hill die to cut out some trees and the hill.  I added some white appliqué to the trees to create the snow.  I colored the image using my copics and cut her out using the brother scan and cut 2.  I popped her her on foam tape and added a sentiment from my stash.  This card came out too cute and its on the way to someone very special.

Happy Halloween

Hello friends, thanks for stopping by today.  Today is Halloween here in the states and what better way to celebrate then with this cutie stamp witchy way.  This week's challenge theme over at Crafty Sentiments Designs is to use your favorite stamp.  

I created a card and colored the image using copics.  I used designer papers from pebbles to create this card. The sentiment  came from this paper pad as well.  It was perfect for this image.  I added some enamel dots to finish this card off.

Crafty Sentiments Designs New Challenge

Hello friends, its Tuesday and you know what that means.  We have a new challenge over at Crafty Sentiments Designs.  This week it's anything goes and I am using Halloween Bride which is apart of this month's new release.  I am in the treat box making mood and decided to make a treat box with this image.

I decided to use the new Matilda and Godrey designer paper from Photo Play to create my treat box.  I colored the image using copics and cut her out using a stitched oval die from my favorite things. I die cut the scalloped treat box from Jaded Blossom.  I layered a web die cut from La La Land crafts behind the image.  The fence is also from La La Land Crafts and I layered those behind the image as well.  I added some treats to a bag and tied the bag using some cute spider ribbon.  I finished the treat box off by adding the sentiment from Jaded Blossom.

Papernest Dolls Ellie with Scarecrow

Hello friends, we made it to the weekend.  Woohoo, I was ready for the weekend mid -week and we are finally here. Today I am sharing a z-fold box card using Papernest Dolls Ellie with Scarecrow.  She is too cute and a great addition for any fall projects.  I had so much fun creating this card to showcase Ellie with Scarecrow.

I colored both images using copics and used my brother scan and cut to cut out the images.  I decided to use doodle bug flea market paper collection for this card.  This paper collection just went perfect with this cutie.   I used various die cuts from jaded blossom to layer through-out the card.  I stamped the sentiment out and heat embossed it with clear embossing powder.  I placed the sentiment in the wooden barrel with the other layered die cuts.

Fall Coffee Blog Hop

Hello friends, its that time of the year.  Yep, Fall season starts in a couple of days but its time for the Fall Coffee Blog Hop.   You can check out all of the details on the coffee lover's blog.    I look forward to this blog hop each season because I get to create projects based on my favorite drink COFFEE.  I decided to create a k-cup holder and using Cool Beans Luka from La-La Land Crafts.

I stamped the image out on copic x-press it card stock and colored him up using copics.  I cut out the image using my brother scan and cut.  I created the box using a tutorial I found on Facebook. I cut out the k-cup insert using my circuit.  I used the amber moon collection by prima to layer on the box.   The pumpkin border and wooden sign were cut out using Jaded Blossom dies.  The sentiment is also from Jaded Blossom called Happy Fall.  I added all of the elements on the belly band so that the recipient can re-use the box if need be.

Crafty Sentiments Designs Birthday Challenge

Hello friends, thanks for stopping by.  Today kicks off a new challenge at Craft Sentiments Designs blog.  This week its all about birthdays and I decided to use It's a Party to create a Z-fold card.  This challenge was perfect timing because I needed to create a birthday card for a friend.

I cut the z-fold card on my cricut explorer air 2 using a cut file from SVG cutting files.  I used the party time paper collection by echo park and added various elements from the collection to the card.  I colored the image using my copics and die cut a stitched oval circle to layer behind the image.

Kraftin Kimmie Grim Gretchen

Hello friends, hope your day is off to a great start.  Today I am participating in Kraftin Kimmie Peek Day as a Special Krafty Guest.  Woohoo,  I am so excited and super excited for this week's release.   It's time to start the SPOOKY PARTY!!!

I created a tombstone treat bag SVG cutting file and cut it out using my circuit explorer air 2.  I stamped the image out on topic x-press it blend cardstock and colored her up using my copics.  I cut her out using my brother scan and cut.  I added some of the die cuts that was apart of the halloween kit to the front of the bag.  I die cut a fence, pumpkin border, scary  tree, and the boo sentiment from dies I have in my stash.   I also created a rosette and added it to the bag as well.  I love the way this treat bag turned out!  This stamp set is spooky for sure and was great to add to the treat bag.

Papernest Dolls Avery with Pumpkin

Hello friends, we made it to the weekend!  Hopefully you have something fun planned this weekend. Today I am sharing a cute fall project featuring Avery with pumpkin.  I created a fauex crate to hold fall potpourri.  My inspiration came from a post I saw on Pinterest and knew Avery with pumpkin would be perfect for this project.

I colored the image using my copics and cut her out using my brother scan and cut.  I die cut some pumpkins from La La Land Crafts and colored them in using my copics.  I used the new Amber Moon paper from Prima to create this project.  I just love this paper collection, perfect for the fall season.   I die cut the fence and bird house from La La Land and added them to the front of this crate.  I added the image to the front along with the pumpkins to finish the crate off.

Crafty Sentiments Designs Anything Goes

Hello friends, it's a new week and a new challenge over at Crafty Sentiments Designs.  This week's challenge is "Anything Goes" and I decided to use Faith Popcorn and Juice.  I needed to make some cute party favors and this image was perfect to create with.

I colored the image using my copics and used the scalloped rectangle die that's included in the mama elephant treat bag.  I used the mama elephant treat bag die to create the treat bag.  I used a cellophane bag to add some popcorn and tied the top with some lawn fawn trimmings.  I finished the bag off by added a sentiment cut out using a tag.

The Greeting Farm Cheeky Lesson


Hello friends, Happy Labor Day to those in the states.  This week starts a brand new school year.   I decided to celebrate with coloring up The Greeting Farm Cheeky Lesson.  She is one of my all time favorite stamps from The Greeting Farm.  I just love her and secretly think if I was a teacher I would look like this, lol.  I decided to play along with this month's farm fresh challenge by the greeting farm.  This month's challenge is all about creating a project using the below sketch and of course a greeting farm image.

MFT Space Explorer

Hello Friends, Happy Hump day to you.  Hope your week is treating you well and you are looking forward to the weekend.   I have several stamp sets sitting on my desk that I am determined to create a card with.  I decided to create a card using MFT Space Explorer.  I just love this little set of cute space astronauts.  I also wanted to use my distress inks and create a cool galaxy background.

I stamped the images out on copic x-press it cardstock and used my copics to color.  I used my brother scan and cut to cut out the images.  I created the galaxy background using distress inks and added copic opaque white for splatter.  I cut out a stitched rectangle frame from MFT to create the shaker.  I various pretty pink posh sequins to the shaker card.  I stamped out the sentiment from the same stamp set and heat embossed it with Hero Arts White embossing powder.  I cut the sentiment out using the stitched flag banner from MFT.

MFT Witch Way is the Candy

Hello Friends,  hope you had a great weekend.  I am sharing a card today using MFT re-released Witch Way is the Candy.  I received this cutie in the mail the other day and had to color her up and create a card.  I am gearing up for halloween and this cute stamp set was perfect.

I stamped the images out on copic x-press it blend cardstock and cut them out using the coordinating dies.  I created the background using distress ink and added copic opaque white splatter to give the background some added dimension.  I used MFT rectangle scalloped frames to cut out a frame to create the shaker.  I added various sequins from pretty pink posh and cartwright sequins to the shaker.  I added the shaker portion to the card front.  I used the boo sentiment from make it crafty to add to the card as well.  To add additional dimension to the bat, I added some googley eyes from pretty pink posh which I love.

Crafty Sentiments Designs Anything Goes Challenge

Hello friends, thanks for stopping by today. This week we have a new challenge going on over at Crafty Sentiments Designs and it's Anything Goes.  For this challenge  I am using Isobel Ocean Waves and I just love her.   Summer is winding down here in the states so this cutie was perfect to create a card with.

I used various designer papers to create this card. I colored the image and the water scene using my copics.  I added some clouds using a MFT cloud stencil and distress oxide ink.   I added the chipboard word beach to the front panel to finish off the card.

Papernest Dolls Emma with Balloon

Hello friends, we have made it to the weekend. Woohoo, its been a long week and I am looking forward to some relaxing crafty time.  I am sharing a cute birthday card I created using Emma with Balloon. This cutie is in digital and rubber stamp.  Ok confession time, I am a bit addicted to these cuties and their curly pigtails.  Oh so adorable! 

I created this card using doodlebug fairy tales collection.  I colored the image using copics and cut her out using my brother scan and cut.  I die cut a scalloped circle and a stitched circle from lawn to layer behind the image.  I also die cut some tags and oval border to add to the card.  The sentiment is from the stamp set and I added it to a luggage tag die cut.  I finished the card off with some enamel dots.

Kit and Clowder August Create and Learn

Hello Friends, hope you are having an awesome Thursday! This week  Kit and Clowder released this month's Create and Learn marker class and I immediately started working on the class.  I am loving this month's class and the cute little fairy from The Paper Shelter.   This month's class was jammed packed with so many techniques.  This class  gave me an opportunity to step outside of my comfort zone  and have some fun with the various techniques.  I am going to be honest, it took me a couple of days to complete this month's class but it was so worth it once it was finished.  I love the finished project and all of the colors that were used to complete this.

The Greeting Farm You're Spectacular

Hello Friends, its Monday and I am wondering where the weekend went.  I hope you had a great  weekend and was able to get some crafty time.  Today I am sharing a card using The Greeting Farm You're Spectacular along with Concord and 9th Oh, Hello turnabout stamp.

I've had both of the stamps laying on my desk for quit some time and it was time to use them.  I stamped the image out on hammermill digital 100 lb paper and used copics to color her up.  I used the coordinating die to cut her out.  I then used the concord and 9th Oh Hello turnabout stamp to create my own pattern paper.  I love this stamp set, so many things you can do with this set.  I used a stitched scalloped rectangle and cut out the paper and placed it on the card.  I then used a stitched circle from lawn fawn to layer behind the image.  I finished the card off with some enamel dots.

Papernest Dolls School Girl Avery

Hello friends, I have a quick card share for you today.  It's that time of the year, yep Back to School time and I was excited to see School Girl Avery apart of the new release this month.  She is so adorable and that hair OMG, love!

I colored the image using copics and cut her out using the nested rectangle die from MFT.  I used various designer papers to create this card.  I die cut out a clipboard and notebook paper from our daily bread and layered the die cuts on the card.  I also die cut the book stack out from craftin desert divas and added it to the bottom of the card.  I finished the card off by die cutting a tag from lawn fawn and adding the sentiment from La-La Land Crafts.

Crafty Sentiments Designs Pearl and or Strass Challenge

Hello friends,  hope you are enjoying your Tuesday.  We have a new challenge over at Crafty Sentiments Designs.  It's Pearls or Strass Challenge.  For this week's challenge, I decided to color up This Rose.  She is so adorable with her rose.

I used various designer papers to create this card.  I colored the image up using copics and added some sparkle detail using a white gel pen.  I then cut her out using a oval die and added a oval frame behind her from spellbinders.  I finished her off by added some pearls around the frame along with the hello sentiment.

Hello Friends, Happy Monday to you.  Hope you had a wonderful weekend and was able to get some crafting done.  I am sharing a card using CC Designs Rockabilly Gals.  I picked this cute stamp set up during their last release and I knew I had to make a card.
I created my card using a digital paper pack by Nit wit Collections called authentic.  I just love this collection and it was perfect for this cutie.  I stamped the image out on Hammermill 100lb digital card stock with moments tuxedo black ink. I then colored the image using copics and cut her out using a stitched rectangle die from simon says stamp.   I added the chipboard sentiment from make it crafty to the front of the card as well.  I finished the card off by add some pearl gems and sheer shimmer spritz.
